Agreement

These terms govern your use of the websites and services operated by End Tidal Limited Co. ("End Tidal", "we", "us"), including endtidal.io, Anesthesia Meridian, Synapse Studio, Next Dose, Synapse Anesthesia, and our SMS notification program. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

SMS notification program

Our SMS program sends billing reminders to the owner of End Tidal Limited Co., who is the only recipient. It is an internal business tool, not a marketing program, and it is not offered to the public. The full description is on the SMS Messaging Program page.

Consent

You receive messages only after entering your own mobile number into our administration console and giving explicit consent, or by texting START to (470) 800-7115 from a mobile number already on file. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when something needs action, up to approximately 2 messages per day, plus a reply to any message you send us. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier. End Tidal does not charge for the messages themselves.

Help and cancellation

Reply HELP at any time for program information and a contact address. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT are all honored. You will receive one confirmation of the opt-out, after which no further messages are sent. Reply START to re-enroll.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and on network conditions, and we cannot guarantee that any message arrives. Do not rely on these messages as the only record of anything; the authoritative record is in the application itself.

Accuracy of what you send

Messages sent to our number can create business records, including hours that appear on invoices. Every message we act on is confirmed back to you stating what was recorded. You are responsible for checking that confirmation and correcting anything wrong, which can be done by texting the day again or by editing the record in the application.

Use of our services

You agree not to use our services unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with their operation, or to scrape or reproduce our content at scale without permission.

Access to our administration console is restricted to authorized personnel. If you have credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity carried out under them.

Editorial content is not advice

Anesthesia Meridian and our other publications carry editorial, educational, and career content for clinicians. It is general information, not clinical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment or for advice about your own circumstances. Compensation figures, program details, and market data are reported in good faith but change over time and are not guaranteed to be current or complete.

Nothing on our sites creates a clinical, employment, or professional relationship.

Payments

Where a service is paid for, prices are stated at the point of purchase and processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Refund terms, where they apply, are stated with the offer.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and software of our services belong to End Tidal Limited Co. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, share, and quote our published content with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, or use our names and marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

Availability

We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, End Tidal Limited Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
