Who we are

End Tidal Limited Co. ("End Tidal", "we", "us") operates Anesthesia Meridian, Synapse Studio, Next Dose, and the clinical practice Synapse Anesthesia. Our address is 8735 Dunwoody Pl # 10595, Atlanta, GA 30350. You can reach us at hello@endtidal.io.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email address, when you subscribe to a newsletter, submit a contact form, or create an account.
• Name and contact details, when you write to us or enter into a business relationship with us.
• Mobile telephone number, when an authorized user of our internal systems enrols in SMS notifications. See SMS Messaging Program.
• Business records (hours worked, contract terms, invoices) entered by authorized users into our internal administration console.

Information collected automatically

• Basic analytics about visits to our websites: pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, and device type.
• An anonymous identifier stored in your browser so repeat visits can be counted without identifying you.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

Mobile information and SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as the messaging provider that transmits our messages, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile numbers are collected only where the person who owns the number enters it themselves and gives explicit consent. They are used solely to send the operational notifications described in the SMS Messaging Program and to reply to messages sent to us. They are never used for marketing.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any message, by unchecking the consent box in the console, or by writing to hello@endtidal.io.

How we use information

• To operate our business: recording work, producing invoices, and sending the reminders that keep those records current.
• To send editorial newsletters and product updates you have asked for.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.
• To understand, in aggregate, how our websites are used, so we can improve them.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Service providers

We share information with a small number of providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to deliver their service:

• Twilio: transmission of SMS messages.
• Supabase: database and authentication.
• Vercel: website and application hosting.
• Google: email delivery and receipt for business correspondence.
• Loops: newsletter delivery.
• Stripe: payment processing, where payments are taken.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Retention

Business and financial records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Mobile numbers are kept until consent is withdrawn, after which the number is retained only as a record that an opt-out was made, so that we do not message it again.

Security

Access to our internal systems requires an account and is restricted to authorized personnel. Data is encrypted in transit. Our administration console is not open to the public.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you where the law requires it.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link in its footer, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. To exercise any of these, write to hello@endtidal.io and we will respond within the period the law allows.

Children

Our services are intended for practising and prospective clinicians and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be notified directly where we hold contact details for you.
