SMS Messaging
Program
What this program is
End Tidal Limited Co. operates an internal notification service over SMS. It sends the business owner reminders about her own work that needs recording or billing.
There is one recipient: the owner of the business, messaging her own mobile number. This is not a marketing program. No promotional, advertising, or solicitation messages are sent, nothing is offered to the public, and no other number can be enrolled.

How consent is given
There are two ways to opt in. Both require a deliberate action by the owner of the mobile number, who is the same person who runs the business.
1 · In the administration console
The owner signs in to our internal console, enters her own mobile number, and checks the consent box. Nothing is sent until that box is checked. The number is never obtained from any other source: it is typed in by the person who owns it.
2 · By text message
She may also text START to +1 (470) 800-7115 from the number to be enrolled. The number must already be on file in the console; a keyword from any other number is ignored and nothing is ever sent to it.
Confirmation
After consent is given, a single confirmation message is sent to the number:
Welcome messageNo further action is required. If this message arrives unexpectedly, replying STOP ends the program immediately and no further messages are sent.
What is sent, and how often
Messages are sent only when there is something to act on. On a day when nothing is due, nothing is sent. In practice this is at most about two messages per day, plus a reply to any message you send us.
- A reminder that a working day has no hours recorded against it.
- A reminder that an invoice is due to be submitted that day.
- A confirmation reply when you text hours in, quoting back what was recorded.
Replying to a message
Texting hours back to our number records them and returns a confirmation stating exactly what was recorded, so a mistake is visible immediately rather than at the end of the billing period.

| HELP INFO | Returns program information and a contact address. |
| STOP STOPALL UNSUBSCRIBE CANCEL END QUIT | Ends all messages immediately. A single confirmation of the opt-out is returned, after which nothing further is sent. |
| START YES UNSTOP | Re-enrolls a number that previously opted out, and returns the welcome message again. |
Keywords are matched whatever the case, and are honored ahead of any other meaning the word might have in this program. Opting out can also be done at any time by unchecking the consent box in the console, or by writing to hello@endtidal.io.
